Apollo Career Center is found in Lima, Oklahoma in a busy urban setting. The center offers both full-time and part-time vocational courses. The vision statement is to provide community driven programs that will land graduates in the job market upon successful completion. The Center is happy to accept most students who are interested in taking a positive step towards their goals. It serves both high school students and adults and has an enrollment of about 1,000 students per year. The programs include medical care and services, business studies, public safety trainings and culinary arts.
While in the institution, students will also have the opportunity to join several programs that are related to their area of study. This will help them further increase their personal development and life skills. Moreover, the Center assists students in getting job placement and linking with employment companies across the region and continent at large. The courses offered usually take a period of two to four years depending on one’s individual interest and the course taken. Almost all the courses offered are very affordable and students can also access scholarships and other grants to supplement their tuition fees.
